We perform this quarterly property inspection to ensure you are living in a well-maintained home.  We're looking for water leaks, to ensuring your appliances work well, to squeaky doors, 

Next, we will change out your air filters, ensure batteries are fresh in your smoke detectors, clean out your dryer vent, and replace lightbulbs you cannot reach (you must provide the bulbs).

You should keep a list of maintenance and repairs you come across.  We'll need your list when we call you to schedule your visit so we can make sure to bring parts and tools that may be needed. 

Sometimes the Owner will ask us to repair or upgrade something.  These items will be done during this visit as well.  We'll let you know of these items when we call for the schedule.
