3 Hours, If we're unable to pick up the phone, you'll talk to your Management Team within 3 hours!

3 Days, If there is an issue or task that needs tending, it will be done (or at least scheduled) within 3 days.

3 Weeks, we'll follow up with you to make sure everything is, as it should be!
